Payments
The buyer is obliged to pay for the ordered products, including delivery costs, to the seller, Bonaza Beauty d.o.o., through one of the following payment methods:
- Diners Club® single payment
- Erste Card Club Diners® single payment
- Erste Card Club Mastercard®, Visa, and Maestro® single payment
- Visa, Visa Premium, and Maestro® single payment
Modern and secure card payment service on the Internet - CorvusPay
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment of payment receipt. If paying by credit card, your data is protected by the CorvusPay system.
The exchange of sensitive data between the online payment system and the authorization centers of card providers is conducted through a network fully protected from unauthorized access. Your sensitive credit card data is transmitted directly to the authorization center online. Bonaza.eu web shop does not store any of your credit card data.
Shipping
Shipping within the Republic of Croatia is free.
Delivery and shipping costs are made to EU member states as follows:
Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic is 2 EUR.
Belgium, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Romania is 3 EUR.
Denmark, Greece, Italy, Latvia and Lithuania is 4EUR.
France, Estonia, Portugal and Spain is 5 EUR.
Finland, Ireland and Sweden is 9 EUR.
Most products are shipped within 2 to 3 days and delivered within 1 to 2 business days of dispatch to most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller towns, shipments are delivered according to the GLS schedule).
As a rule, received orders are processed the next business day (from Monday to Friday) and sent to the buyer (recipient of the shipment) within 24 hours. Exceptions are promotional and seasonal periods when, due to an increased number of orders, the preparation of shipments may exceptionally take longer than 24 hours.

After ordering you will receive:
- Order confirmation via email, within a few minutes of order confirmation
- Notification that the order has been sent by GLS via email with the shipment number, usually within 1 business day of order confirmation (except during pre-sale periods when the expected delivery time is longer)
